What materials do you offer for hydraulic oil tanks?
We manufacture in carbon steel (Q235/Q355) and aluminum alloy (5052/5083). Carbon steel tanks undergo pickling & phosphating before powder coating for maximum corrosion resistance. We can recommend the best material based on your operating environment.
Can you fully customize the design to my specifications?
Absolutely. We are an OEM/ODM specialist. Just send your drawings or 3D files, and we will match every dimension, port location, baffle layout, and mounting bracket to your exact requirements. 10L to 500L capacity range.
How do you guarantee zero leakage?
We run two separate airtight pressure tests on every single tank: first on all weld seams, second after all ports and accessories are assembled. Combined with single-pass robotic welding (9 seams reduced to just 3), our field replacement rate is ≤0.3% on dump trucks and 0% on all other vehicle types.
What is the coating process and how long does it last?
We apply electrostatic powder coating with a two-layer spec: 60–80μm internally (oil-contact surface) and 40–60μm externally. Adhesion reaches grade 1–0. We back it with a 3-year coating warranty, and real-world service life reaches 8–10 years with zero fading or peeling.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ: 1 unit for sample orders. For mass production, typical MOQ starts from 50 units. Sample lead time: 7–10 days. Bulk order lead time: 15–25 days depending on order volume and customization complexity. Our 14-robot automated line ensures consistent output without delays.
Can I get a sample for quality evaluation?
Yes — samples are available. We encourage you to inspect our weld quality, coating finish, material thickness, and internal cleanliness before placing a bulk order. Just share your specification, and we will prepare a sample tank for your approval. Sample fee and shipping cost are on the buyer.
How do you ensure tank cleanliness and prevent internal contamination?
We developed a proprietary internal treatment process in 2016 that completely eliminates the long-standing industry problem of residual debris and contamination inside the tank. The process passes destructive testing — 90° bend and open-flame tests — with zero defects. Your hydraulic system stays clean from day one.
How is the tank packaged for export shipping?
Every tank is packed with foam corner protectors on a pallet. An outer corrugated kraft carton provides an additional protective layer. We can also customize packaging — plywood crates, steel frames, or your branded packaging — upon request.
